How to make a new reservation for Aashiyaanaa Villa?

Follow the below mentioned steps.

  • Step 1: Reach out to site.
  • Step 2: Place an enquiry for your preferred villa on ‘Book Now’ page.
  • Step 3: Fill-in your details and submit the enquiry.
  • Step 4: We will contact you in 1-2 working days.
How do we receive confirmation of the booking made?

You will receive a call for confirmation from our team, once you fill-in the enquiry form.

Do I have to carry any documents for verification at the time of check-in?

As a government mandate, guests are expected to present a valid proof of identity at the time of check-in.

What are check-in and check-out time?

Following the Europian Standard Time, the check-in time is 2:00PM, while check-out time is 12:00PM. But this may vary as per the policy. You are advised to mention your check-in and check-out times in advance while making a reservation, so that we can confirm on the extra charges if any.

What is maximum occupancy allowed per villa?

All our villas can easily accommodate a minimum of 15 persons. Please reach to us for a specific number related to any of the chosen villas.

How can I make an additional/special request?

You can contact us for any special request. We can assure you a guaranteed satisfaction with your requests.

What details can I manage/change after a reservation is confirmed?

Only personal details, preferences or additional/special requests can be amended after making a confirmed reservation. You would receive a call acknowledging the amendments made to your reservation.

Are we able to change the stay dates on the website?

Aashiyaanaa Villa website currently does not support modifications in stay dates. You can contact us for any assistance.

My plans have changed. How do I cancel my reservation?

You can contact us for cancellation of your reservation. The booking can be canceled and complete refund will be made, if the booking is canceled 14 days prior the booking date.

When is the Refund issued?

In case of refund due from us, please note that the same will be processed within 14-business days from the date of cancellation.

What is villa charges/what taxes and/or additional charges apply?

Once you fill-in your details on our enquiry section, you can expect a call from our team and we will help you with the charges. You can contact us for more information.

Where can I find villa description?

You can find the descriptions of all the villas on the home page of this website. Select any one of the villa to get detailed information about the same.

Can I check-in early or late?

No, it is advisable to follow the check-in time mentioned in Reservation Section.

How old should I be to book a villa?

Our villas can be booked on the name of a person.

Will I get charged a night’s stayed if I arrive late or miss my arrival date?

Yes, please read our booking policies before booking so as to have a hassle-free stay

If I exceed my villa stay, will there be any extra charge?

Yes, we request you to inform us prior if there is a need or an emergency.

If I booked one villa, can it be transferred to another villa?

No, you cannot compensate your stay with another Aashiyaanaa Villa.

Do you offer Jain food?

Yes, we care for all of our customers, so we do offer Jain food on request.

Which cuisines are offered?

We provide all types of cuisines on request. You can contact us for more information.

Is outside food allowed?


Are bonfire and barbecue included in the service or I have to pay extra charges for them?

No bonfire and barbecue are not included in the service, you will have to pay extra charges for it .

Is cooking allowed in the villa?

No, but we provide you with our qualified chefs to serve you with all types of cuisines on demand.

Do your villas have a garden for children?

Yes, all of our villas have a garden-area.

Do you charge for children below 5 years of age separately?

Yes, you can contact us for more information.

Does villa have indoor games?

Yes, you can also bring your games along with it.

What are all indoor games provided in the villa?

Which location for car rental facility?

Currently available for Mumbai location.

Do you provide extra blankets, pillows and bedding?

Yes, we provide extra blankets, pillows and bedding on request.

Are the villas pet-friendly?

Yes, all our villas are pet-friendly. Except Imperial, Royal and Supreme are not pet friendly

Are your villas smoke-friendly and hookah-friendly?

Yes, both are allowed within the villa premises but in Supreme hookah is not allowed on the terrace
