How to make a new reservation for Aashiyaanaa Villa?

Follow the below mentioned steps.

  • Step 1: Reach out to site.
  • Step 2: Place an enquiry for your preferred villa on ‘Book Now’ page.
  • Step 3: Fill-in your details and submit the enquiry.
  • Step 4: We will contact you in 1-2 working days.
How do we receive confirmation of the booking made?

You will receive a call for confirmation from our team, once you fill-in the enquiry form.

Do I have to carry any documents for verification at the time of check-in?

As a government mandate, guests are expected to present a valid proof of identity (Adhaar Card) at the time of check-in.

What are check-in and check-out time?

Following the Europian Standard Time, the check-in time is 2:00PM, while check-out time is 12:00PM. But this may vary as per the policy. You are advised to mention your check-in and check-out times in advance while making a reservation, so that we can confirm on the extra charges if any.

How can I make an additional/special request?

You can contact us for any special request. We can assure you a guaranteed satisfaction with your requests.

What details can I manage/change after a reservation is confirmed?

Only personal details, preferences or additional/special requests can be amended after making a confirmed reservation. You would receive a call acknowledging the amendments made to your reservation.

What is the cancellation Policy?

The booking will be non-refundable.

If we receive another booking for the same dates the booking amount paid can be adjusted on other dates as per availability

You can find the descriptions of all the villas on the home page of this website. Select any one of the villa to get detailed information about the same.

Can I check-in early or late?

Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability

Do you offer Jain food?

Yes, we do provide a variety of Jain and pure veg cuisine.

Which cuisines are offered?

We provide Chinese, South Indian, and North Indian.

Is outside food allowed?

We do not allow outside food as meal packages and ala carte menu is available at the property.

What additional services are available at the property?

Bonfire and Barbeque are available at the property.

Is cooking allowed in the villa?

Cooking is not allowed inside the villa

Do your villas have a garden for children?

Yes, all of our villas have a garden-area.

Kids Policy

Kids below the age of 5 are free and kid above the age of 5 are fully charged

Does villa have indoor games?

Do you provide extra blankets, pillows and bedding?

Yes, we provide extra blankets, pillows and bedding on request.

Are the villas pet-friendly?

Yes, a few of our villas like Grand, Classic Premium, Royal and Imperial are pet friendly, while others are not.
